Bambu Oveture Cardboard Spool Adapter

I got tired of  losing prints to an “AMD Motor Is Overloaded” error because every print company uses cardboard spools which are incompatible with the Bambu Lab’s AMS system. Apparently, Overture uses a slightly larger spool than most other brands since all the mods that existed already seemed to not quite fit it and the few that came close also caused the spool to bind and rub against the lid to the AMS unit. (For those of you who haven’t followed along, Overture Space Gray is my goto when prototyping and testing. Its cheap, plentiful, and arrives the next day. Polymaker is still my favorite when it comes to making a pretty gun that works well)

I decided to solve this problem by ripping off the sidewalls of the spool and printing entirely new ones that press-fit into the cardboard core of the spool. Hopefully this helps some of you out. Cheers.
